With this order comes 1 white Dockem and 1 set (2 strips) of Large Command Water/Heat Resistant Strips . The Dockem utilizes Command Adhesive Strips to provide the simplest, safest, most convenient way to store your device on the wall, or any smooth vertical surface. The Dockem is essentially a set of miniature "shelves" that you set up at the appropriate distance for your device, and it's carefully engineered to hold any device up to 20mm in thickness (about the diameter of a penny). Your device simply rests in the pocket and the upper arm on the left bracket keeps your gadget from falling forward out of the Dockem. It's incredibly simple, yet incredibly functional. You can even charge your device while docked, and when not using your cord, there is a convenient built in cord clip at the bottom of each bracket. To set up, you simply apply the Command strips to the back of the brackets, and then stick them to the wall at whatever distance is required for your device. These strips are rated to hold up to 5 lbs each, which is plenty to mount any smartphone, tablet, or eReader on the market today (the iPad is about 1.5 lbs). To remove, you simply expose the tab at the bottom and pull down slowly. The Command strips stretches easily and cleanly off of the wall leaving no residue or damage. Where should you use it? Next to your bed; replace your alarm clock and always know where your phone is. College dormitories, or any cramped space where you might not have a nightstand. Bathrooms; keep your device off the wet countertop and off the ground. Bathrooms; watch a movie or play a game while you take care of business.
